A 200 watt Wind Mill was installed at Hulankanda,
Sri-Lanka in mid 2010. This Wind Mill was of Chinese
origin. Idea was to supply power to the Temple nearby and
study Wind Patterns. After few weeks of operation,
during a heavy storm, fibre glass blades broke loose
and Wind Mill became a terrible mess. Moreover, Mill
was in a irreparable state. So, every thing was
dismantled and it was decided to go for an
Anemometer.
